That is why a fashion designer should always target “stunning” when designing for the public and more particularly for an exposed to the press celebrity… That is what Sonia ÉTÉ, founder and faculty at Beverly Hills Design Institute, just did when she designed this gown for Pooja and the Red Carpet of the Emmy’s 2015.
